Do most african americans have this in them?

I took a dna test and It said I had dna from Mali,Ghana,Gold Coast,Niger..also I had dna from Scottland,Germany and france. Then I was shocked to see I had dna from Syria,Venezula and Tanzania..Because I wouldnt of guessed I had arab blood or mestizo and Tanzania isnt where the slave trade was.
