Runescape. Cost of 90 Herb from 56.?

I am looking to get 90 herb to use extremes. A clanmember was saying if I did prayer potions all the way to 90 I would have to spend roughy 60m. I am looking to get extremes for bossing and for slaying. Any help would be appreciated!
