Is this a 1823 George IV Gold Two Pound coin?

Your coin could be either a sovereign or a 2 pound coin. I can't tell the denomination from your picture. The sovereign weighs about 8 grams and is about 1/4 ounce of gold. The 2 pound coin is double those figures. Your coin is very worn so it would have minimal value to a collector but it is still worth money because of the gold content
